Tokyo-Port of Oarai and Port of Tomakomai- Sapporo tickets are valid for 2 days (until the day before boarding and the day of boarding, the day before going ashore and the day of going ashore).
It's easy to customize your trip and arrange the schedule that's right for you. For example, you can add overnight stays in Mito and Oarai, or Tomakomai and Sapporo (local accommodation charges are not included).

Package tickets are sold from one month before the day of departure until 15 minutes before boarding. Please come to the counter at least 30 minutes before departure, as it may be crowded. Please refer to the following ticketing locations for details of bus company ticket counters.

- The children's fare applies to children of elementary school age, and is 50% of the adult fare.

Chartering the cabin for fewer passengers than its capacity will require the cabin charterage fee. - When using a Suite, Premium, Superior Ocean View (Japanese-style room), or Superior Inside (Western-style room) for 3 persons, the third person's fare is 75% of an adult fare.

Refunds
We will refund fares after deductions of the following fees (only for all-distance unused tickets) at ticketing counters.
However, only package tickets sold at ticketing counters of bus companies are eligible for refunds, (and only when the request is submitted before departure time of the day as designated on the ticket)
